Refund policy
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via email here no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via email here within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and the consumer will be fully refunded.
We are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for any other reason due to the nature of printing orders on demand. Please let us know via email here if you aren't happy with your order for any reason and we will do our best to make it right.
Wrong Address- If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
